FAQ's
Who is leading the Retreat?
Brad Terrell - Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Movement and Mobility Coach. Brad is an experienced traveller and is happy to anwser any of your questions reguarding your trip.
Where is the registration form?
We will send you the registration form after purchasing the $500 deposit.
Can I come to the retreat if I am a beginner practitioner?
Yes, the retreat is open to all levels of practice.
Which airport do I fly to?
You can fly either MGA Managua, Nicaragua airport or LIR Liberia, Costa Rica. From Managua aiport it's a simple 2 hours 45 minutes drive to the resort, although flights to Managua are general more expensive. We suggest you Fly to Liberia airport flights are cheaper, then run more often and Liberia airport is actually closer to the resort. While crossing the Nicaragua-CostaRica border with your shuttle only have to pay a smal fee of $21 USD. For more Information on flights, contact us at contact@bmovementacademy.com
What happens when I arrive to the airport?
A shuttle will be at the airport to pick you up and drive you to Costa Dulce Resort (from either airport).
Do I have to attend all the retreat activities?
No, all the retreat activities, classes or workshops are optional.
How do I sign up?
Purchase a deposit for either a private, double or shared bungalow. After purchasing you will be asked to fill out a registration form to complete your sign up.
When do I need to pay the remainin balance of the retreat after I purchase the deposit?
You will be sent an invoice of the Remaining balance shortly after booking the deposit. You have until 10 days prior to the retreat start date to complete the full payment.
Are flights covered in the retreat package?
No, you have to purchase your own flight(s).
When should I arrive to Managua or Liberia airport?
Attempt to arrive the day of the retreat, shuttles to the resort leave at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm from both airports.
What is the refund policy?
If purchasing after March 12th, 2020 all deposits or full payments are 100% refundable(minus any processing fees) up until 10 days of the retreat start date.
Are there any COVID-19 regulations for entering Nicaragua?
You are required to show a negative PCR Test (COVID-19 Test) taken within 72 hours of entering Nicaragua. This may change before the retreat start date and we will let you know if it does.
