By integrating elements of Movepat, we’ll explore unconventional transitions, floorwork, and creative sequencing that push the boundaries of traditional vinyasa. Perfect for all levels, this session sets the tone for the weekend, offering an introduction to movement-based flow and how to incorporate it into your practice.

Foundations of Flight:
Inversion Workshop
Saturday Sept 13th - 12:00 pm 2:00 pm
Whether you’re just beginning your inversion journey or refining your technique, this workshop focuses on the essential elements of handstands and arm balances. We’ll break down mechanics, alignment, and drills that develop strength, stability, and confidence upside down. Expect to explore a mix of static holds, transitions, and dynamic entries and exits into inversions.
Through structured progressions and partner work, you’ll build control, learn to navigate fear, and develop a greater sense of ease when balancing on your hands.

The Arc and the Line:
Backbends and Splits Workshop
Saturday Sept 13th - 4:00 pm 6:00 pm
A workshop designed to help you move with strength and control through the full range of your spine and hips. “The Arc” represents the expansive opening of backbends, while “The Line” represents the length and integrity of the splits, two elements that work together to create a sustainable and powerful flexibility practice.
We’ll break down effective warm-ups, deep mobility drills, strength techniques, and breathwork to help you access deeper ranges safely. Expect to challenge your body’s limits while refining the art of balancing flexibility with control.
