The Retreat is taking place at the amazing Azul Hotel & Retreat in Playa Azul, Guanacaste, Costa Rica and starts Friday, August 8th 2025 with a welcome gathering and first sunset yoga class from 4pm–6pm. The retreat ends on Friday, August 15th 2025 after our last sunrise morning yoga class and post-delicious breakfast at 9am.

Fill out the registration form which will ask you a few questions including your Room choice after filling out the form you must complete the registration by paying the $750 Deposit which will guarantee your spot at the retreat! Note* If booking for 2 persons the deposit is $1500.

During registration you will be asked if you'd like to make either a one time payment or to start a payment plan of 3,6 or 9 months.

If making a 1 time payment, you will be sent an invoice of the Remaining balance shortly after booking. You have until +30 days prior to the retreat start date to complete the full payment.

If starting a payment plan, you will need to initate the payment plan within 7 days of securing your deposit.

Absolutely! The retreat is especially geared for beginner practiners to immersive themselves into a traditional yoga and movement practice, although the retreat is open to all levels including advanced practioners.

No, you must purchase your own flights to and from the retreat. If you need assistances in booking your flight don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@bmovementacademy.com we would gladly assist you in finding a flight that works for you!

We suggest you flight to Liberia Airport: (LIR) Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport where our shuttle driver will be waiting for you to take you Azul Hotel & Resort which takes approximately 1h45 mins from the airport.

We suggest LIR Airport as there are many cheap and direct flights available from major north american and cities.

Or

Fly to Nosara NOB which is only a 45 mins drive to the Hotel but can only be reached domestically from LIR or San Jose Airport Juan Santamaría International Airport SJO (if flying from europe you may have a better flight route to SJO*)

Attempt to arrive between 8am- 6pm Friday August 8th and a shuttle will be waiting to take you to Azul Hotel with other retreat guests. If you rather not share a shuttle, please let us know ahead of time and we can book you a private transfer to the hotel.

After securing your spot with a deposit, our team will contact you regarding your flight schedule, if cant arrive on Friday August 8th within the time frame above, just let us know we would be happy to arrange a private shuttle at any time you need.

Similary attempt to book your out going flight between 8am- 6pm on August 15th.

If you would like to stay an extra night at the hotel, either before or after the retreat timeline, just let us know and we'd be happy to accomodate and adjust your invoice total for any extra nights.

A shuttle driver will be at the airport with a sign displaying your full name to pick you up and drive you to Azul Hotel which is approximately a 1h45 mins drive.

We understand everyones finances are different. If you don’t have the means to pay the remaining balance all at once, we also consider long-term instalments with an 8% transaction surcharge. Before entering a plan, you must secure your spot with a $750 deposit. During registration we will ask you if you'd like to pay the balance in either 3, 6 or 9 months.

After securing your spot with the deposit, our team will send you the payment plan which must be initated within 7 days from your retreat confirmation.

All retreats have limited availability, for this reason there are NO exceptions for refunds. If you can not attend, all payments are 100% FULLY TRANSFERABLE with a +60 Day notice prior to the Retreat start date. Credits can only be used with B Movement Academy and B Movement Academy offerings such as other retreats, online and in person BM System Trainings.

All activities are within the *included section are optional, but they are included in your retreat package and we would love for you to participate and join the rest of group for everything we have planned!

*Note the optional activities have an extra cost, There are also a handful of other amazing activities you can do on your own but they are not included in your retreat package. If you are interested in any extras just let us know and we can organize it all for you!
